The team at Lexus Lounge in Madison Square Garden sought a way to target and leverage their high scale audience after the venue’s $1 billion renovation. Looking for interactive solutions, Lexus wanted a video wall to showcase their new branding, promote dealerships in the tri-state area, and integrate a client information-capture system.
What We Made
We implemented a video wall and standing kiosk that allowed customers to learn more about MSG’s major renovation and explore its new features. The kiosk surface integrated with the video wall display to watch exclusive New York Knicks and New York Rangers biographies and interviews, and watch slideshows of MSG’s most recent events. The kiosk integrated with Lexus features by allowing users to explore the Lexus website, have dealership contact information sent to their mobile device, and browse through new Lexus models.

Lexus/MSG boosted engagement with their branding and better informed their clients of their company’s best assets as they walked through the Lexus Lounge. Lexus dealership inquiries increased multi-fold, driving up sales in the tri-state area.
